تنطبق شروط الالغاء فور تقديم استمارة المشاركة.

على الراغبين في الغاء مشاركتهم تقديم طلب خطي بذلك قبل 20 اوكتوبر لاسترجاع رسوم المشاركة بعد خصم 25%  رسوم ادارية.

الالغاء بعد هذا التاريخ لا يستوجب ارجاع رسوم المشاركة .

Cancellation terms will apply after filling the participation form.

All Cancellation requests must be received in writing before 20th of Oct 2018, the Union takes 25% administration fees.

All Cancellation requests after the 20th of Oct will not be refunded.

يحتفظ الاتحاد الدولي للاقتصاديين و الاداريين في دول الاتحاد الاوربي بالحق في تغيير التاريخ و مكان انعقاد الملتقى في حال استدعت الضرورة, و كذلك في تعديل البرنامج و المتحدثين.

بامكانكم انتداب من يمثلكم في حال عدم التمكن من المشاركة.

لاتشتمل رسوم التسجيل على مصاريف السفر و الاقامة.

لايعتبر التسجيل مؤكدا الا عند تسديد رسوم الاشتراك كاملة.

The International Union of Economists & Managers in the European Union Countries retains the right to change the venue, date, program speeches and participant.

Unable to attend may be represented by another executive from the same company.

Fees do not include travel and accommodation expenses.

Registration is not finalized until all payment is settled.
